Our crochet kits come with a 30-day return policy. If for any reason your crochet kit doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help resolve the issue.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@buycrochetkits.com. Make sure to provide the following information:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Reason for the Return

We may ask you to send photos or videos of the crochet kit to help us quickly process your return. These should include any damages or defects, such as broken yarn, missing pieces, or damaged packaging.

Return Eligibility
Your crochet kit must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. If your item has been opened or shows signs of use, we may only be able to offer a partial refund. Products returned after 30 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exemptions
Some items, including limited-time sale crochet kits, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues. Please check the product page for specific return details.

Return Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the crochet kit. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and these fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement crochet kit.

Refunds and Credits
After we’ve received and inspected your returned crochet kit, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that processing time can vary depending on your bank.

For returned crochet kits with multiple patterns or premium yarns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned kit if you don’t use tracking.
